Zvezda 1/35 Military - STZ-5 Soviet Artillery Tractor - Z3663

The Zvezda 1/35 STZ-5 Soviet Artillery Tractor (Z3663) is a plastic model kit of the tracked prime mover that hauled Red Army guns and supplies through the Second World War. Production began in 1937 at the Stalingrad tractor plant, and the STZ-5 went on to become the most produced Soviet artillery tractor of the war, yet it has rarely been offered as a 1/35 kit.

Hitched to a field gun or loaded with stores in its cargo bed, the STZ-5 tells the story of how the Red Army actually moved its artillery. Paint it in 4BO green for the early war years, or add whitewash and mud for a winter scene on the Eastern Front.
