At SuperModels LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are happy to offer refunds or exchanges in accordance with the following policy:

1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
- For model kits, all parts must remain attached to their sprues.
- The request is made within 30 days of purchase.
You may exchange items if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless proven to be defective:
- Opened paints, glues, or other consumables.
- In-progress model kits (where parts are removed from sprues).
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or “final sale” items.
3. Proof of Purchase
To process a refund or exchange, you must present a valid proof of purchase, such as:
- A store receipt.
- An order confirmation for Click & Collect purchases.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Refunds for online orders will be initiated within 2-3 business days of approval.
- For in-store purchases, refunds will be processed immediately upon approval.
Please note that the time taken for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
5. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, the following policies apply:
In-store purchases:
To request a refund or exchange, bring the item(s) along with your proof of purchase to our store at:

- Refunds: Refunds are available for unused, unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase (for model kits, all parts must remain attached to the sprues).
- Exchanges: Exchanges for defective or incorrect items are available within 30 days of purchase.
Online purchases:
- You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error. In these cases, postage costs will be reimbursed upon receipt of proof of postage, with the amount paid clearly stated.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
Opened paints, glues, or consumables.
In-progress model kits (all parts must remain on the sprues).
Gift cards.
