Welcome to SuperModels LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern all in-store purchases and Click & Collect orders placed via our website, super-models.co.uk. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. Please review them carefully before completing your order.

To make a purchase, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete personal information during the checkout process.
• Agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

All products are subject to availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product.
• If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to provide alternative options or a full refund.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. While we aim for accuracy, pricing errors may occur.
In the event of an error:

• We will notify you as soon as possible.
• You will have the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Placing an Order

• Click & Collect orders can be placed via super-models.co.uk.
• Orders must be paid in full at checkout.

Collection Process

• You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection.
• Orders can only be collected during store hours at our Rugby location.
• Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license) for collection.

Order Cancellation

• Click & Collect orders can be cancelled prior to collection by contacting us.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 2-3 business days, with funds returned per your payment provider’s policies.

SuperModels offers nationwide home delivery for online orders within the UK.

• We charge a flat-rate of £3.95 for orders under £50, while orders of £50 or more qualify for free delivery.
• We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, with delivery typically taking 2-5 working days depending on your location.
• Orders received after 3pm on a Saturday will not be dispatched until the following week.
• While we strive to meet these timeframes, unforeseen delays with couriers may occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@super-models.co.uk for assistance.
• Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

Guidelines

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, the following policies apply:

In-store purchases:

To request a refund or exchange, visit our store with the item(s) and proof of purchase.

• Refunds: Refunds are available for unused, unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase (for model kits, all parts must remain attached to the sprues).
• Exchanges: Exchanges for defective or incorrect items are available within 30 days of purchase.

Online purchases:

• You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error. In these cases, postage costs will be reimbursed upon receipt of proof of postage, with the amount paid clearly stated.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

• Opened paints, glues, or consumables.
• In-progress model kits (all parts must remain on the sprues).
• Gift cards.
• Clearance or “final sale” items, unless defective.

Gift cards purchased from SuperModels are:

• Redeemable in-store and for Click & Collect orders only.
• Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• Valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

SuperModels LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product(s).

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and significant changes will be communicated directly. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
