About this kit
The Zvezda 1/35 Panther Ausf. D (Z3678) depicts the first production version of Germany's famous medium tank, developed in answer to the Soviet T-34 and first committed at the Battle of Kursk in 1943. It offers a strong balance of detail and value for experienced armour builders.
The Ausf. D is the Panther as it first appeared, with the early cupola and many first production features that disappeared on later versions. The dark yellow plastic gives a useful base colour, and the kit is best suited to modellers with some armour experience who enjoy working with individual track links.
