The Tamiya Modelling Flat Chisel Blade 2mm (74143) is a 2mm wide chisel blade for use with Tamiya's Engraving Blade Holder (74139). The flat chisel profile scribes a consistent width panel line or groove — useful for re-scribing panel lines to a standard width, cutting hinges and access panels into fuselage sides, and creating crisp, clean engraved detail. The 2mm width produces the wider, more pronounced panel lines favoured for larger scales.
