The Tamiya Modellers Side Cutter (74093) is a precision sprue cutter designed for clean, accurate removal of parts from plastic sprues. The sharp, close-cutting jaws minimise the sprue gate stub left on the part — reducing the amount of cleanup sanding required. A step up from standard hobby cutters, the Tamiya side cutter's blade geometry gets much closer to the part without risk of white-stress marks on the cut surface.
