LP-60 NATO Black is part of Tamiya's LP lacquer paint range, completing the three-colour NATO camouflage set alongside NATO Green (LP-58) and NATO Brown (LP-59). NATO Black is applied as the darkest element of the NATO scheme — appearing as blotches over the green and brown base — on Leopard 2, Challenger 1, M1 Abrams, and other Cold War NATO vehicles.
