The Tamiya Sanding Cloth 3000# (87235) is a flexible cloth-backed abrasive sheet in extremely fine 3000 grit for the final sanding stage before polishing compound on car body and clear coat models. At P3000 the surface is brought to an almost polished state — using polishing compound after P3000 produces a true mirror finish with minimal compound work required.
