The Tamiya Sanding Cloth 1500# (87233) is a flexible cloth-backed abrasive sheet in 1500 grit for fine surface finishing on scale models. Following P1000 work, P1500 removes the fine scratches left by the previous grade and prepares the surface for final polishing with ultra-fine grades and polishing compound. The cloth backing provides better flexibility and durability than paper-backed abrasives for extended use on curved surfaces.
