Tamiya 1/72 Aircraft - A6M3/3A Zero Model 22 Zeke - 60785

The Tamiya 1/72 A6M3/3A Zero Model 22 Zeke (60785) reproduces the A6M3 Model 22 — the variant that restored the full span rounded wingtips after the clipped Model 32, while retaining the more powerful Sakae 21 engine. The Model 22 became the standard production Zero through much of 1942–43 and saw intense action in the Solomons campaign. The 3A (Model 22a) introduced a larger-calibre wing cannon. Both variants are represented in this compact 1/72 kit.
