The Tamiya 1/35 U.S. Medium Tank M4A3E8 Sherman 'Easy Eight' (35346) reproduces the definitive late-war Sherman — the M4A3E8 with its horizontal volute spring suspension (HVSS) that gave the 'Easy Eight' its nickname and transformed the Sherman's cross-country performance and crew comfort. Armed with the high-velocity 76mm M1A2 gun capable of defeating most German armour at combat ranges, and with wider tracks for better ground pressure, the E8 was far superior to earlier Shermans in almost every respect.

Tamiya's 1/35 kit captures the Easy Eight's wider HVSS suspension, 76mm gun, and late-war stowage with excellent accuracy — one of the most rewarding Sherman builds available.
