The Tamiya 1/35 German Famo and Tank Transporter (35246) is one of Tamiya's most impressive and comprehensive kits — reproducing the massive Sd.Kfz.9 'Famo' 18-ton half-track paired with its tank transporter trailer. The Famo was the largest half-track in German service, used for towing heavy artillery and recovering damaged tanks. Combined with the Sd.Ah.116 low-loader trailer, it formed the primary German heavy tank transport combination of WWII.
