The Tamiya 1/35 German 38cm Sturmtiger (35177) reproduces one of the most extraordinary and powerful German assault weapons of the Second World War. The Sturmtiger was a massive assault mortar carrier based on the Tiger I hull, armed with a 38cm rocket projector originally developed for the Kriegsmarine. Built in tiny numbers to crush fortified positions and urban strongpoints, it became the most powerful assault vehicle ever fielded by Germany.
