The Tamiya 1/35 German 88mm Gun Flak 36/37 (35017) reproduces the most famous German weapon of the Second World War — the legendary '88' that proved equally devastating against aircraft, tanks, and fortifications. The Flak 36 and Flak 37 were the principal production variants of the 88mm family, serving from Spain through to the final days of the Reich in every theatre of operations.

Tamiya's definitive 1/35 kit captures the 88's distinctive cruciform firing platform, gun shield, barrel and breech detail, and optional crew. The gun can be modelled in the firing position (on its platform) or in the travelling configuration on its Sonderanhänger 202 trailer.
