The Tamiya 1/48 Tiger I Early Production Eastern Front (32603) reproduces the legendary Tiger I in its earliest production form — as deployed to the Eastern Front in late 1942 — in the compact 1/48 scale. The early Tiger I with its Feifel air filters, early cupola, and distinctive early production features represents the type at its most historically original, before successive modifications updated its appearance. The 503rd and 502nd Heavy Panzer Battalions received the first Tigers on the Eastern Front.
