The Tamiya 1/48 U.S. M10 Tank Destroyer Mid Production (32519) reproduces the standard American tank destroyer of the mid-war period in the compact 1/48 scale. The M10 GMC mounted a 3-inch gun in an open-topped turret on the M4A2 Sherman hull, providing tank destroyer battalions with mobile, hard-hitting firepower. The mid production version incorporated lessons from early service including improved vision arrangements and stowage. It served in North Africa, Italy, and Northwest Europe.
