The Tamiya 1/24 McLaren Senna (24355) reproduces the most track-focused road car McLaren has ever produced — the Senna, named in honour of the legendary Ayrton Senna. With 800hp from a twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8, active aerodynamics generating 800kg of downforce at 250km/h, and a carbon fibre monocoque weighing just 1198kg dry, the Senna is a barely-legal track weapon with number plates. Only 500 were built and all were sold before public announcement.
