The Tamiya 1/6 Suzuki GSX1100S Katana (16025) reproduces one of the most iconic and visually striking motorcycles ever designed — the Katana whose Hans Muth-designed bodywork was unlike anything seen before when it appeared in 1980. The Katana's blade-like front fairing, bikini faring, and flush instrument panel created a future-shock appearance that divided opinion but proved enormously influential. Powered by Suzuki's 1100cc air-cooled four, it was also the fastest production motorcycle in the world on its launch.
