The M551 Sheridan was one of the most distinctive American armoured vehicles of the Vietnam era — an airborne light tank with an unusual combined gun/launcher for its Shillelagh missile system.

The metal barrel eliminates the warping risk of the plastic original and provides an accurate bore representation, while the photo-etched parts add fine mesh, grille, and detail elements that significantly improve the finished model's appearance.
