The Tamiya 1/48 Kübelwagen Type 82 (32501) reproduces the most iconic German military light car of WWII in the compact 1/48 scale. The Kübelwagen's combination of simplicity, reliability, and reasonable cross-country performance on the VW platform made it the German answer to the Willys Jeep — and in many respects a superior vehicle on roads and firm ground. It served in every theatre from the Arctic to North Africa and remained in production until the end of the war.
