Tamiya 1/35 Military - Soviet Tank T55 - 35257

The Tamiya 1/35 Soviet T-55 Tank (35257) reproduces the most widely produced and widely used tank in history — the T-55 that served in well over 60 nations and fought in conflicts from the Middle East to Africa, Asia, and the Balkans. An evolution of the revolutionary T-54, the T-55 added NBC protection, improved ammunition, and other refinements while maintaining the low profile, sloped armour, and powerful 100mm gun that characterised the type. It remains in service in some nations today.

Tamiya's 1/35 kit captures the T-55's characteristic low turret, 100mm D-10T gun, and distinctive Soviet running gear.

Kit highlights:

• Accurate T-55 with 100mm D-10T rifled gun
• Characteristic low turret and sloped hull faithfully reproduced
• Soviet-style running gear with paired road wheels
• Soviet and export nation marking options
• The most widely produced tank in history — an essential Cold War subject
