About this kit
The Tamiya 1/35 Japanese Type 1 Chi-He with 6 Figures (35331) reproduces the Imperial Japanese Army's standard medium tank of the Pacific War alongside a set of six crew and infantry figures — providing everything needed for an immediate IJA armoured diorama scene. The Type 1 Chi-He was an improvement over the earlier Type 97 Chi-Ha, featuring a higher-velocity 47mm gun and improved armour protection, and served across multiple Pacific and Asian theatres until 1945.
The six figures representing Japanese tank crew and infantry add immediate human context to the model, making this a particularly rewarding combined kit for Pacific War enthusiasts.
