About this kit
The Tamiya 1/35 German Infantry Mortar Team (35193) depicts a German Army mortar crew in action — one of the most important fire support elements at the infantry platoon and company level throughout WWII. The 8cm Granatwerfer 34 was the standard German medium mortar, providing immediate indirect fire support that could be set up and fired far faster than artillery. The crew figures capture the team at work: loading, directing fire, and carrying ammunition.
An ideal addition to any German infantry diorama, this set pairs naturally with Tamiya's range of German infantry figures and command sets.
