About this kit
The Tamiya 1/35 German Hanomag Sd.Kfz.251/1 (35020) reproduces the most iconic German half-track of the Second World War — the vehicle that came to symbolise Panzergrenadier tactics and German mechanised warfare. The Sd.Kfz.251 was the standard German armoured personnel carrier from 1939 to 1945, providing protected mobility for the infantry that accompanied the Panzers into battle.
Tamiya's classic 1/35 kit captures the Sd.Kfz.251/1's distinctive armoured hull, fold-down bench seats, and MG34 gun ring with characteristic accuracy. A foundational kit in any German WWII collection and an essential companion to Tamiya's range of Panzer kits.
