Tamiya 1/35 Military - 1/35 French Light Tank H39 - 35389

The Tamiya 1/35 French Light Tank H39 (35389) reproduces the Hotchkiss H39 — one of the primary French light tanks in service at the outbreak of the Second World War. Used extensively by French forces during the Battle of France in 1940, surviving H39s were subsequently pressed into German service and used by various Axis forces across multiple theatres, from the Eastern Front to North Africa. This dual history makes the H39 a fascinating and versatile modelling subject.

Tamiya's 1/35 kit captures the H39's compact cast hull, distinctive cast turret, and characterful silhouette with impressive accuracy for this often-overlooked subject.

Kit highlights:

• Accurate 1/35 Hotchkiss H39 in French and German service options
• Detailed cast hull and turret construction
• French Army and German capture marking options
• Compact and achievable build for all skill levels
• Fascinating dual-nationality WWII subject
