About this kit
The Tamiya 1/24 Subaru Impreza WRC 1999 (24218) reproduces the Prodrive-developed Impreza WRC99 that contested the 1999 World Rally Championship season. With Richard Burns and Juha Kankkunen as drivers, the Impreza WRC99 continued Subaru's fierce rivalry with Toyota and Mitsubishi in one of the most competitive eras in WRC history. The car wore the famous blue and gold Subaru/555 livery that became synonymous with Subaru's dominant period in rallying.
Tamiya's 1/24 kit captures the WRC99's aggressive bodywork and full Prodrive rally specification in accurate detail.
