The Meng 1/700 USS Lexington Aircraft Carrier Extreme Edition (ES-007) is a plastic model kit of the United States Navy aircraft carrier USS Lexington, presented as an enhanced Extreme Edition.

The name Lexington is one of the most famous in US naval aviation, carried by the carrier CV-2, lost at the Battle of the Coral Sea in 1942, and by the Essex class CV-16, which fought through the Pacific War. Both carriers are celebrated in naval history, and the CV-16 survives today as a museum ship at Corpus Christi, Texas.
