About this kit
The Meng 1/35 PLA Armoured Vehicle Crew (HS-011) is an injection moulded plastic figure set of modern Chinese People's Liberation Army armoured vehicle crewmen in current tanker uniforms and helmets.
China has fielded a new generation of armour over the last two decades, from the Type 99A main battle tank to the ZTQ-15 light tank, and these figures bring their crews to the workbench. Chinese armoured crews wear distinctive padded helmets and modern digital pattern uniforms, which offer an interesting painting challenge. Placing a commander in the turret hatch or a driver beside the hull is a simple way to bring a modern PLA vehicle model to life on a display base.
