About this kit
The Meng 1/35 Leopard 2A4 German Main Battle Tank (TS-016) is an injection moulded plastic model kit of the German Leopard 2A4, the most widely built and exported version of the Leopard 2.
Produced from the mid 1980s with an improved fire suppression system and digital fire control, the Leopard 2A4 served the Bundeswehr in large numbers and later armed many armies across Europe and beyond. Users have included Spain, Sweden, Poland, Canada, Turkey and many others, and the 2A4 has seen combat in Afghanistan, Syria and Ukraine. Its classic vertical turret front makes it one of the most recognisable modern tanks, and Meng's SPS-042 resin set adds the AGDUS training equipment.
