About this kit
The Meng 1/35 AH-64D Saraf (QS-005) is an injection moulded plastic model kit of the Israeli Air Force version of the Boeing AH-64D Apache Longbow attack helicopter.
Israel began receiving the AH-64D in the mid 2000s and named it Saraf. The type has flown extensively over Gaza and Lebanon ever since. The Saraf differs from US Army Apaches in its Israeli electronics and weapons fit, including the Spike missile, and it wears a distinctive desert camouflage. At 1/35 scale the finished model is large, so it makes an imposing centrepiece alongside 1/35 armour and figures.
