About this kit
The Meng 1/35 AH-64D Saraf Special Edition (QS-005S) is an injection moulded plastic model kit of the Israeli Air Force AH-64D Apache Longbow attack helicopter, packaged with two resin aircrew figures.
Known in Israeli service as the Saraf, the AH-64D has flown countless close support missions since arriving in the mid 2000s. Israeli Apaches carry Spike missiles and wear a desert scheme quite unlike US Army aircraft. The resin crew make the large finished model, around half a metre long, far more lifelike on display, and they suit modellers who enjoy figure painting as much as aircraft building.
