About this kit
The Italeri 1/72 EH101/Merlin HAS.1 (1219) is a 1/72 scale model kit of the AgustaWestland EH101 Merlin in Royal Navy HAS.1 anti-submarine configuration — covering the jointly developed Anglo-Italian helicopter in its primary naval role. The Merlin HAS.1 replaced the Sea King in the carrier-based ASW role and is equipped with advanced sonar, radar, and torpedoes. The folding rotor and tail allow compact shipboard storage. Italeri's kit presents the Merlin in authentic Royal Navy colours.
