The Italeri 1/72 AS.42 Sahariana (97044) is a 1/72 scale model kit of the Italian AS.42 Sahariana — the dedicated desert patrol vehicle developed for long-range operations in North Africa. Fast and lightly armed with balloon tyres and weapons mounts, it was Italy's answer to the LRDG's desert raiding vehicles.
