The Italeri 1/72 A-7E Corsair II (1411) is a 1/72 scale model kit of the LTV A-7E Corsair II — the US Navy's carrier-based light attack aircraft that saw extensive Vietnam War service. The A-7E was notable for being the first US aircraft with a head-up display and one of the most accurate bombing platforms of its era. At the compact 1/72 scale it makes an excellent shelf model capturing the rotund fuselage and short wings of this capable attack aircraft.
