The Italeri 1/35 Schwimmwagen (313) is a 1/35 scale model kit of the Volkswagen Type 166 Schwimmwagen — the amphibious version of the Kübelwagen that could drive directly into water and propel itself using a folding propeller. Over 14,000 were built, making it the most mass-produced amphibious car in history. The Schwimmwagen served widely on the Eastern Front where river crossings were frequent, and its combination of road and water capability made it extremely useful.
