The ICM 1/72 Nakajima Ki-27b Japanese Army Fighter (ICM72202) is a 1/72 scale model kit of the Ki-27b — the improved B-variant with minor modifications from the original Ki-27a. The Ki-27b served as Japan's primary army fighter at the outset of WWII and was encountered by Allied pilots in Malaya, Burma, and the Dutch East Indies in late 1941 and early 1942. The Ki-27's excellent manoeuvrability gave it advantages in low-speed turning combat, even against more modern opponents.
