The ICM 1/72 BM-14-16 MLRS on ZiL-157 Base (ICM72581) is a 1/72 scale model kit of the BM-14-16 — the 140mm unguided rocket launcher that supplemented the larger Katyusha system in Soviet service. The BM-14-16's 140mm rockets offered a different range and payload compared to the 132mm Katyusha rockets, and the system saw widespread use with Soviet and Warsaw Pact forces. ICM's 1/72 kit captures this important Soviet MLRS variant in the compact popular scale.
