ICM Aircraft 1/48 - Spitfire Mk.IXC 'Beer Delivery', WWII British Fighter - ICM48060

The ICM 1/48 Spitfire Mk.IXC Beer Delivery WWII British Fighter (ICM48060) is a 1/48 scale model kit of the Spitfire Mk.IXC in the famous 'Beer Delivery' configuration — the improvised Spitfire fitted with an 18-gallon cask of beer or a removable drop tank modified to carry bottles of ale, used to deliver beer to troops liberated in Europe in 1944-45. The beer-carrying Spitfire is one of the most charming and human stories of WWII and ICM's kit reproduces this beloved piece of aviation history.
