The ICM 1/48 Mistel 1 WWII German Composite Aircraft (ICM48100) is a 1/48 scale model kit of the Mistel 1 — the extraordinary German composite aircraft weapon consisting of a Ju 88 loaded with a shaped charge warhead controlled by a Bf 109 fighter sitting atop it. The pilot in the fighter would aim the Ju 88 at the target and release it to fly on to its impact. The Mistel was one of the most unusual weapons concepts of WWII and ICM's kit reproduces this bizarre combination in detailed 1/48 scale.
