The ICM 1/48 Dornier Do 215 B-5 WWII German Night Fighter Plane (ICM48242) is a 1/48 scale model kit of the Do 215 B-5 — the night fighter variant of the Do 215 with a solid gun nose replacing the glazed bombardier nose. The B-5 served as Germany's first frontline radar-equipped night fighter, carrying the FuG 202 Lichtenstein BC airborne radar and a heavy nose armament. It served with Nachtjagdgeschwader units defending Germany against RAF night bombing in 1941-42.
