Hobby Boss 1/48 Aircraft - Su-27 Flanker B Russian Knights - 81776

The Hobby Boss 1/48 Su-27 Flanker B Russian Knights (81776) is an injection moulded plastic model kit of the Sukhoi Su-27 Flanker B, a Russian twin engine air superiority fighter, presented as flown by the Russian Knights aerobatic display team.

Formed in 1991 at Kubinka, the Russian Knights flew the Su-27 in close formation displays around the world, showing off the Flanker's agility. The Su-27 first flew in 1977 and entered service in the 1980s, setting new standards for agility in a large, long range fighter. The Russian Knights have flown at airshows across Europe and Asia, and their bold display scheme gives this kit real visual impact on the shelf.
