About this kit
The Hobby Boss 1/35 Pz.Kpfw. III/IV auf Einheitsfahrgestell (80150) is an injection moulded plastic model kit of a proposed German Second World War tank built on the planned unified Panzer III and IV chassis of 1944. It lets modellers build a vehicle that never left the drawing board.
Late in the war German planners proposed a single standardised chassis to replace separate Panzer III and Panzer IV production, so that tanks, tank destroyers and gun carriers could share components. The war ended before any were completed. Building a project vehicle like this is a chance to experiment with late war camouflage, from dark yellow base coats to ambush patterns.
