Hobby Boss 1/48 Aircraft - Mikoyan MiG-31 Foxhound - 81753

The Hobby Boss 1/48 MiG-31 Foxhound (81753) is an injection moulded plastic model kit of the Mikoyan MiG-31, the Soviet two seat long range supersonic interceptor of the late Cold War.

Few combat aircraft match the sheer size of the MiG-31, and this kit makes an impressive model of it. Developed from the MiG-25 to defend the vast Soviet frontier, the Foxhound entered service in 1981 with a powerful phased array radar, a two man crew and long range R-33 missiles carried under the fuselage.
