Hobby Boss 1/35 Military - IDF Nagmachon APC - 83871

The Hobby Boss 1/35 IDF APC Nagmachon (83871) is an injection moulded plastic model kit of the Israeli Nagmachon, a heavily armoured personnel carrier built on Centurion tank hulls. It has individual track links and two photo etched sheets.

Developed from the Nagmashot, the Nagmachon adds a tall armoured superstructure, thick belly armour against mines and reactive armour against rocket propelled grenades. The Nagmachon was used heavily in Lebanon and in security operations, where its high armoured superstructure let the infantry observe and fire from protected positions. Several variants exist, including versions with a doghouse style superstructure. No figures are included in this kit, though they are easy to add for a diorama.
