About this kit
The Hobby Boss 1/35 German 20mm Flak 38 Crews (84418) is an injection moulded plastic figure set of German Second World War crewmen for the 2 cm Flak 38 light anti aircraft gun.
The Flak 38 was one of the most widely used German light anti aircraft guns, defending airfields, bridges and columns, and often turned on ground targets too. The Flak 38 was an improved version of the Flak 30 with a higher rate of fire, and it was mounted on towed carriages, halftracks, trucks, trains and ships. A crew typically included a gunner, a loader and men handling the sighting equipment and ammunition. Positioned around a gun on a ground mount or a halftrack bed, these figures convey the urgency of an air raid.
