About this kit
The Hobby Boss 1/72 Fw 190 A-6 (80245) is an easy assembly plastic model kit of the Focke Wulf Fw 190 A-6, the German Luftwaffe radial engined fighter of 1943.
This kit offers a straightforward route to Kurt Tank's celebrated radial engined fighter. The A-6 of 1943 introduced a redesigned, stronger wing able to carry four 20mm cannon, and it fought on every front, from the Defence of the Reich to the Eastern Front. Its BMW 801 radial engine, wide track undercarriage and excellent roll rate made the Fw 190 a feared opponent, and many pilots preferred it to the Bf 109.
