About this kit
The Hobby Boss 1/35 Dongfeng Mengshi (82467) is an injection moulded plastic model kit of the Chinese Dongfeng Mengshi, a modern 1.5 tonne military light utility vehicle used by the People's Liberation Army.
Often compared with the American Humvee, the Mengshi carries troops, weapons and equipment for the Chinese army, navy and air force. Produced by Dongfeng Motor Corporation, the Mengshi shares its broad, low profile layout with the Humvee and has been built in many versions, including troop carriers, command vehicles and weapons platforms. It has become a familiar sight in Chinese military parades and on exercises, and a modern 1/35 model brings a useful light vehicle to any collection of PLA armour.
