Hobby Boss 1/72 Aircraft - Boeing AH-64D Apache Longbow - 87219

The Hobby Boss 1/72 AH-64D Apache Longbow (87219) is an injection moulded plastic model kit of the Boeing AH-64D Apache Longbow, the radar equipped American attack helicopter.

Recognisable instantly by the Longbow radar dome above its rotor, the AH-64D is a remanufactured and upgraded Apache, and this kit brings it to the display shelf. The Longbow's millimetre wave fire control radar and fire and forget Hellfire missiles transformed the type's ability to find and engage targets in any weather. The Apache Longbow serves with the US Army and many export customers, including the British Army, the Netherlands, Israel and Japan. It carries a 30mm chain gun under the nose plus Hellfire missiles and rocket pods on its stub wings.
