About this kit
The Hobby Boss 1/35 Bergepanzer BPz3 Büffel ARV (84565) is an injection moulded plastic model kit of the German Bergepanzer 3 Büffel (Buffalo), a modern armoured recovery vehicle built on the Leopard 2 tank chassis for the Bundeswehr.
Introduced in the 1990s, the Büffel uses a heavy crane, a powerful winch and a front dozer blade to tow, lift and recover Leopard 2 tanks, and it has been adopted by several other Leopard 2 operators.
