About this kit
The Hobby Boss 1/32 A-26C Invader (83214) is a large scale injection moulded plastic model kit of the Douglas A-26C Invader, the glazed nose version of the American twin engine attack bomber of the Second World War. It features a detailed cockpit and bombardier station.
The A-26C carried a bombardier in its transparent nose, unlike the solid gun nose A-26B. Redesignated B-26 in 1948, Invaders flew night intruder missions in Korea and served into the 1960s. Its excellent speed and heavy armament made it one of the most versatile American bombers of the period.
